From the organizer: The largest exhibition at SPORTEC, Japan’s largest comprehensive exhibition floor for the sports, fitness and health industry, is the fitness specialty exhibition “Health & Fitness Japan”, which brings together fitness machines, programs and services. Along with the history of the development of the fitness industry in Japan, the latest trends, cutting-edge training machines, and training techniques have been presented for over 20 years, and have been established as an essential exhibition in the fitness industry. The environment surrounding the fitness industry in Japan is changing year by year. As we enter an aging society and health life expectancy is being questioned, collaboration between fitness and medicine, such as programs and services for the elderly, and medical fitness for nursing care prevention and rehabilitation, is increasing, and the areas involved are expanding.
