Electricity consumption is increasing year by year in all industries, and the increase in CO2 emissions produced as a by-product has become an international concern due to global warming.
Power semiconductors are a means of reducing CO2 emissions, and by making power conversion more efficient, they can reduce power conversion losses in applied equipment.
In addition to power devices such as SiC, Ga2O3, GaN, MOS FET, and IGBT that can perform power conversion efficiently, this exhibition will bring together a series of products and technologies, from electronic components and circuits, modules, to hardware such as applied equipment and products, and even heat and noise countermeasures, front-loading design, and manufacturing technologies.
